Not many people enjoy filling out questionnaires, but for your project to be successful I need some background information about you and your visions. Please answer as many of these questions as possible 😉.

Once you have finished entering your information, simply email it back to me. It’s recommended to print or save a copy for future reference. I will be contacting you to schedule the revisions. We will then discuss some changes and will meet again to finalize your amazing website!
